| GYMNASTICS TEAM CAMP
Sun Country Sports Center Team Camps have been some of the most progressive in the past several years. Precise basic training will be given in all levels of gymnastics. Basic skill development is a vital ingredient to the success of even the most advanced athlete. All athletes must be in developmental or competitive team. Enrollment is limited to assure
good instructor ratio and to assure that each athlete receives.
ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

• Mini clinics
• Air sense
• TIVO critique and instruction
• Games and contests
• Dance
• Skit night
• Open gym
• Additional camp activities may include Rock Climbing, Swimming, Movies, North Florida Springs

OUR FACILITY
Our gymnastics camp is housed in our 15,000 square foot gymnasium. It is climate controlled with the finest equipment including an in-ground training pit, an in-ground Australian String Bed Trampoline with a bungee system, a 50’ rod floor, a 32’ tumble trak, a fitness and
dance room. |

CAMP STAFF
Team Camp will be staffed by Sun Country’s qualified staff as well as many prestigious visiting coaches. We are
fortunate to have visiting coaches return every year as well as Lady
Gator Gymnasts who staff the camp. |
Resident Camper Information:
Housing will be at the Best Western Gateway Grand and includes daily maid service, breakfast and pool (for
use at free time). Athletes will be supervised at all times. Roommates will be assigned to rooms with athletes of the same approximate age unless a rooming request is included in the registration. |
