Sun Country Sports Center’s well rounded fitness program is offered to both children and adults. “Fit4U” will cater to children years 8 & up and adults. Fit4U includes instructional classes as well as open time in the Fit4U fitness room for Sun Country customers to train on their own. The Fit4U room is now open and available to any customer FREE of charge while children are participating in instructional programming at Sun Country. What does this mean? Get fit while your child is in class! Please see the front desk at either Sun Country location to learn how you can utilize the Fit4U room for FREE!
